When cycle tracking changed my world

Not just my skin but my moods, period (I actually got one), understanding the right way to fuel and move my body.

My skincare brand Rachel Ranger Australia was born from the sheer determination to find a solution to combat troubled skin due to common hormonal/stress issues. After I was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovaries and Endometriosis in my 20s, I watched my skin rapidly change as I reached my 30s. Rosacea, Redness, Irritation were just some of the skin issues I was now facing on the daily. Frustrated with the lack of products to help care for my already stressed-out skin, my anxiety levels and out of whack hormone levels mixed with the desperate attempts to cover up my skin with heavier makeup saw my skin worsen still. It was nothing but a vicious cycle! 

After launching the skincare it was time to start working with professionals in the other aspects of my life:- Exercise- Nutrition- Career/Business/Creativity

It's time to look at the cycle as a diagnostic tool. Knowing what’s normal and what is not. Health issues, even things you might not necessarily think of, if you are seeing a consistent pattern of cycle disruptions that are falling outside of the normal, that is a sign that we should be looking deeper into what is happening
