Motherhood has taught me everything. About patience. About fear. Strength. Empathy. Sacrifice. Failure. Resilience. And most of all, it’s taught me, unconditional love.
I never really understood the gravity of unconditional love until I became a parent myself. So, now I finally understand and appreciate the presence of my parents in my life. They did not only give me life, but they also gave theirs to me.
And just like any other mums, my life changed forever. Suddenly, my life isn’t about me anymore. My everything has been all about them… my kids, my family. But as I go through my journey of being a loving mum to my beautiful kids, I realized my life hasn’t stopped at all just because I dedicated mine to them.
I’ve always been someone who always finds a ray of hope even in the most desperate situations. My beautiful children have taught me the joy of seeing rainbows in everything we do; that anything can be made into an exciting and memorable adventure.
Starting my own business has given me a spark of new life even after having kids. I always knew that I wanted to do great, and I was made for something more. I felt I wanted to help and inspire others to continue pursuing their greatness even if mum life somehow gets in the way.
What I love about my life now is that I get to be the person that I want all at once. It’s like I’m given a new life being able to do the things that I love. Being creative, inspiring people, supporting good causes, a source of strength to others and a loving mum to my kids.
And because of that, I couldn’t wish for anything more for myself. I am happy. I am blessed. I am thankful.
